Megan has revealed that she refuses to enter Wal-Mart as she was caught shoplifting when she was a teenager.

Meg was banned from the Wal-Mart for stealing some make-up and has not returned ever since.

“They actually took me into the court and I had two choices and I took the second choice, which was wrapping (gifts) for Christmas, which was awesome, it wasn’t really a punishment. The other one was they were gonna make me wear a sign that said I stole from Wal-Mart and stand outside Wal-Mart for three days.”

The actress admits she refuses to Google herself.
She lives like a "recluse" to avoid reading negative comments because she can't cope with criticism.
Megan said: "There are those who have a Google Alert on themselves and read everything everyone says and then there are those who pretend it isn't happening."
“I’m one of the latter. I could never pore over what’s said about me. It wouldn’t work. I’d be a complete lunatic, drug-addled and out of my mind. Instead, I stay in and ignore it all. I’m actually kind of a recluse.”
“I’m totally aware that I’ve never given anyone a reason to praise me for my talents,” she said. “So to sit here and complain, ‘Why don’t people recognize me as an actress?’ would be outrageous.
“It’s my responsibility to prove to them that they should. I haven’t done that yet, so I’m not going to whine about it.”
